i click on 1st link to vote after that i check is it added the credits and there isnt any credits added but when i try click on the link to vote again it says i cant vote again
so if someone got good script to share me

and does someone got Referal System when they register if they put nickname of the user that sends them he will earn some credits for webshop,
and users can view theyr link in Control Panel and to give the link ,but to have secure to register from 1 IP 2 times, couse people will make alot accounts and make them referal of the first account and also to has log file
